Coffee 101: Beans, Brews, & Baristas

Learn the basics to a better cup o' joe in this introductory workshop. Through tasting and discussion, you will learn the factors that influence the flavor of a brew. We'll go over all the ways you can improve your coffee brewing at home and also become more confident when ordering coffee at your favorite shop.  Become coffee savvy!

Coffee & Dessert Pairing

Did you know coffee can complement and enhance the taste of a dessert?  Join us in the tastiest of workshops!

In the process of sharing strategies to help you plan harmonious coffee and dessert pairings, we will review key sensory terminology and explore coffee from different growing regions. You will get hands-on with a Chemex brewer for 4 flights of coffee + dessert. Yum!  Expect to actively participate and discuss results in small groups and as a whole.
